Sheila A. "Sonner" Culp, 76, of Vincennes, IN, passed away at her home Thursday April 27, 2023. Sheila was born November 27, 1946 in Sullivan, IN the daughter of Raymond E. and Maymie Moore Sonner. She was a high school graduate and received a bachelor degree in healthcare administration. She was a private care healthcare worker and was a devout Christian. She enjoyed dog sledding, bird watching and any watching snow events. She participated in a dog sledding event in Minnesota where she had the time of her life.

Sheila is survived by her children, Lloyd Lee Emmons II of Vincennes, IN and Chantelle LaRae Kinder of Evansville, IN. 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A brother David Sonner of Corydon, IN also survives her.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, LaCretia Ranae Emmons, her parents Raymond and Maymie Sonner and a brother, James Sonner.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest near her daughter in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
